Useful things to include

If you are reporting a detection problem, the most helpful report names the character and where it appeared:

The code point, for example U+200B, if the tool showed it.
Whether it was flagged when it should not have been, or missed.
Where the text came from — an editor, a chat app, a PDF, a web page.
Your browser and operating system.

Please do not paste confidential text into an email. The tool never sees your content, and neither do we — keep it that way and describe the characters instead.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether a specific passage was written by AI, and we cannot detect or remove Anthropic's model-level text mark. No public method for either exists yet. Requests to confirm authorship for an academic or employment dispute are ones we have to decline, because any answer would be a guess.
